18 March: Alessandro Crudele conducts Berwald

The swedish composer  Franz Berwald (first half 1800), is the heart of the programme suggested by our musical conductor, Alessandro Crudele, who offers an excursus into the scandinavian musical school – of which  Berwald is considered the forerunner – also through pieces by Jan Sibelius (Canzonetta) and Arvo Paert (Fratres). By Berwald we will listen to the most important and beautiful symphony, the No. 3 Sinfonie Singulière and the concert for bassoon; soloist, the italian Philipp Tutzer, winner in 2008 of the German Radio ARD International Award and since 2007 first soloist bassoon of the Mozarteum Salzburg.
