Music Director of the Sinfonia Rotterdam, South African conductor Conrad van Alphen comes back to the Orchestra UniMi, after three years.
The programme offers the Haydn’s Symphony No. 100 “Military”, the Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 2 – soloist Elena Chiavegato, winner of the first edition (2013) of the ” Paolo Mantegazza” Prize (soloist with orchestra selection), patronized by the Orchestra UniMi in collaboration with  the Conservatory of Milan – and, for the serie “contemporary music”, Tornado (2011) by the Dutch composer Patrick van Deurzen.
