For the 3° concert season of the Ensemble Accademico UniMi, Thursday 8 March, at 9:00 pm, in the great hall of La Statale University, symphonic concert conducted by STEFANO LIGORATTI. Giorgia Libelli flute, Andrea Monarda guitar.

The program proposes pieces of rare listening: the Concertino for flute and  orchestra D Major by the late nineteenth century French composer CECILE CHAMINADE, that Georges Bizet defined “my little Mozart”, the Concierto del Sur for guitar and orchestra, by the Mexican composer of th first half of the twentieth century, friend of Paul Dukas, MANUEL PONCE.
Last but not least two pieces (world  premiere) – Passi nella neve (Steps in the snow) and Tramonti (Sunsets) of the serie Seasons – by the young composer MARGHERITA COLOMBO.
